Just because I don’t have time to write as much as I would like to, doesn’t mean I have abandoned my efforts to lose weight and get healthy! I’m still in the gym 3-6 hours a week. Still trying to eat my veggies and lots of protein, and make good choices. It’s been almost a year since my weight loss journey began. I’ve lost 53 pounds and 42 inches, but what I’ve gained is even greater. I have more energy now than I’ve had in years. I feel amazing. I’ve put on so much muscle it’s ridiculous. I’m buying clothes in sizes I haven’t seen since high school. Even if it takes me another year to lose the rest of the weight I know that I’m on the right track. I’m the happiest and healthiest me I’ve ever been, and it just doesn’t get any better than that!
